Timberland Project Development was founded in 2001 by Todd Courtney and Paul Antczak. Our main line of business initially focused on the provision of construction management services for clients who were building custom homes. Over the past seven years, we have begun offering remodeling services and have completed a number of new construction and remodeling projects throughout the area.

Paul Antczak brings over twenty years of construction expertise to our company and heads up our Construction Management Team. He owned and operated his own successful finish carpentry outfit for over ten years. Paul subsequently went to work as a project manager for a nationally recognized upscale design/build firm in Mequon, WI. During his tenure there, he constantly worked on the largest, highest profile residential construction projects in the North Shore area of Milwaukee and other areas. Many of those clients are Timberland clients today.

Todd Courtney has over twenty years of financial administration and accounting experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has his Masters Degree in Business Administration from UW-Whitewater. Todd has over ten years of construction administration and subcontracting experience. Todd also manages several commercial properties and has provided facilities management and lease consulting services for the past ten seven years. He is also the founder of Sentra Protective Systems, Inc., the largest independent security company in Wisconsin.

We currently operate two companies under the Timberland names - Timberland Project Development, LLC under which we build some of the finest model homes in the area and Timberland Construction Inc. ,which handles all of our contract home building and remodeling projects.
